The key elements in hurricane resistant doors and windows are the framing system, laminated glass and sealant. They must all work together. Our hurricane resistant glass is made up of a 0.09” (2.3mm) PVB interlayer that is permanently bonded between two pieces of heat strengthened glass. Our door and window frames are custom engineered to perform with our hurricane resistant glass and are tested to withstand minimum 155 MPH/250 KMH wind forces.

DIMENSIONS IN GLASS, Inc. custom produces all doors and windows to almost any size to meet our client’s specifications and ships them completely assembled directly to the jobsite, allowing for easy installation. Our lead times are within 10 weeks. Standard finishes and colors are included, premium and custom colors are available per your request.
